Cakes are my Passion!! My name is Liz Lopez; I am originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico. I moved to the US about 8 years ago to study cake and pastry art.
I have been fortunate to have met, studied, and learned from the best in the industry. I graduated from Notter School of pastry Arts and have completed many other courses throughout my career.
I have had the opportunity to learn from famous figures like Edwald Notter, James Rossell, and Colette Peters among others. They've helped me become a better professional in the industry.
Cakes are my passion, and I think that alone makes me great at what I do.
